Russell Flatwoods Little League has over 400 softball and baseball players, and is the largest little league in Northeastern Kentucky. With an outstanding record of developing players, our teams regularly qualify for State Tournament play. With the help of volunteers, our facilities remain among the best in Kentucky, and are convenient drive for our families. When considering the overall opportunity for your child to play competitive baseball and softball, RFLL is unmatched. RFLL will again field all divisions for softball and baseball, including TBALL, AA, MINORS, MAJORS, Senior League and Challenger.

RFLL has a strong desire to evolve to meet the needs and concerns of our players and families. Accordingly, the new 2019 Board of Directors made it a priority to seek the input of volunteers and coaches to provide the best experience possible for our kids. Among other changes, we will play more games in 2019 (while still finishing up tournament play by the first week of June), and place an increased emphasis on game experience, competitive balance, and player development.

The league is working hard to develop plans for the construction of a new batting cage at our complex. The current cage has fallen into disrepair, and is a hazard. The new cage will include two lanes, with paved floor and, in time, a roof. With the generous donations of many sponsors, including Braidy Industries, this necessary improvement can be done without passing costs onto families. We are making progress toward our goal. With a renewed focus on player development, and game experience, we are looking forward to a great 2019 season.
